i have a qestion when you apply the smoother do you have to apply powder after or just the smoother??

Well it is liquidy not oily because aqua smoothers is 100% oil free. Btw you are so pretty!

Cool (: I like to make my tinted mousturizer I bought one of them products pots and mixed a little bit of foundation, mousturizer and sun screen and it looks really great on your skin (: So you could always try that it might work out cheaper! :)
