This exercise is great for the entire leg, but it really focuses in on the back of the leg and gluteal muscles (butt). There are several different levels of this exercise, so you can pick the one that's best for you.
It's recommended that you talk to your doctor before starting to workout. This is basic exercise information for the general public. If you have injuries or other physical limitations, this exercise may not be appropriate.

    3-4 times per week will work. Even 2-3x per week will work. Make sure you're doing the version that works your body at the right intensity (finished by about 15 reps). Hop over to see my newer video on the lunges? This one is getting a little fuzzy.

    I'm sorry, but that's just nonsense. If you're a bodybuilder, it will help you just a little. But for the average person, cardio is the best warmup.

    you should always do as many as you can, until you can't do another. The key is to select an ab exercise that is hard enough that you are fatigued by about 30 repetitions!

    adding crunches will definitely help to shape your abdominals. I'm not a fan of jumping jacks... If I were you, I'd just do a few more minutes on the bike, or increase the speed or intensity to burn more.
