This is Just to Prove That My Card CAN Run it on Full, not Perfectly but it Works! Sorry About the Quality Had a lot of Trouble Getting it Smaller Than 100MB!

  • Asus GeForce 8500GT was a king back in da day :)

  • @matthewgroen well it okay.. I believe the king of the day was the 8800 Ultra :P

  • I had this card.

    Horrible with shaders.

    Absolutely horrible with particals, they cause about a fps of about 8 when playing.

    Im glad I got rid of it for a XFX Radeon HD 5570

  • @ThallesNinja how hard is it to search google! ive sent you a link to your inbox in anycase

  • @Chewu A BIOS mod? where? NVidia now cuts the parts you're not supposed to access with laser...

    Link pls

  • @ThallesNinja okay you also said that games are more gpu intensive now... look if you go to sites to compare graphics cards, the 9800GT is the same as the 8800GT the only difference is better cooling and therefore better overclocking. there is even a bios mod for the 8800GT to make it into a 9800GT, you know i would have accepted if you said it was slightly better, which it is, but you said its twice as fast. do what you want we can agree to disagree

    frig sake

    in any case my gpu score was 4921

  • @Chewu Oh let's just ignore my previous comments;

    "FPS can't be properly used to rate GPUs, since lots of things can easily bottleneck them, like a low end motherboard...

    Then again, your friend might be playing at the same resolution you're playing, which explains the equal FPS, tho, if both of you try to play at higher resolutions, he'll get 50% / 70% less FPS drop"

  • @ThallesNinja probably 1440x900, we can both run 1280x720

    3dmark vantage only gpu and feature tests @ 1280x720 everything else default?

  • @Chewu The largest monitor I have is 14xx by xxx (forgot the rate)

    And the one I'm standing right now is 1366 x 768 or something
