Janet Jackson is an immeasurably talented, living icon. Rhythm Nation is, in my opinion, the third best album ever made. Her music has a very conscious component to it. She seems to be a very conscious and wise person. She has paved the way for many artists. It surprises me, however, that beyonce is from an upper-class family...she just seems so uneducated, inarticulate, and down-right ignorant sometimes. Maybe her parents should have invested some of that money on books.
