UFO over Moscow or is it just a cloud halo? ORIGINAL HIGH QUALITY

Strange could formations over Moscow, Russia October 2009 - some saying its a UFO - I think its pretty strange - I wonder what the PTB/MSM will say about this? Why if a city of millions saw it, is this the only video circulating? I think it looks like a heat signature - like when they would test hydrogen bombs at like 8,000 feet - the clouds, to me, certainly don't look like anything I have ever seen - if this is a natural event, why is it so rare?

@jippojon that wouldnt make sense if the reflection is somehow going behind streetlights though. because it is clearly going behind them, if it was in front of the streetlights u would lose most of the visibility of a streetlight, but when it passes you still maintain the visiblity. Whatever the hell that light is...its in the sky
