The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) is a proposed plurilateral agreement for the purpose of establishing international standards on intellectual property rights enforcement. ACTA would establish a new international legal framework that countries can join on a voluntary basis[2] and would create its own governing body outside existing international institutions such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) or the United Nations. Negotiating countries have described it as a response "to the increase in global trade of counterfeit goods and pirated copyright protected works."
The scope of ACTA includes counterfeit goods, generic medicines and copyright infringement on the Internet.

@mistypokemonrules No man, I understand that this one is romanian and hates ACTA. I was born in romania, and I know what kind of citizens live there. The only thing that thay know it's to hide behind a keyboard and make statements behind it. As long as I lived there I tried to change things and I ended up by being hated by my own people. They are nothig but cowards, and they prefer to eat each other rather than take action and fight against their opressors. I ended up hating my own people too.
