Floyd Mayweather's jr. feud with father on 24/7

"And (expletive), I'm not no junior."

That was Floyd Mayweather's exclamation point to an explosive final few minutes of the first episode of HBO's "24/7" reality series leading up to his Sept. 17 fight against Victor Ortiz.

The majority of Mayweather's foul language wasn't directed at Ortiz, though. It was at his father.

Their feuds are well documented (even this one, by The Press' David Mayo last week). And it's no secret Floyd Mayweather Sr. and Roger Mayweather, who trains his nephew, don't see eye to eye, either.

But what unfolded in Mayweather's Las Vegas gym Aug. 16 -- and then was broadcast to the world Saturday night -- bordered on escalation that had members of Team Mayweather genuinely concerned.

Between them, the Mayweathers dropped more f-bombs than Shane Mosley probably landed punches when the Grand Rapids native was last in the ring 16 months ago. But those weren't the words that had the most bite.

Here are some of the lines:

Floyd Mayweather: "Our training camp is fine. We undefeated, and we been undefeated and we gonna stay undefeated."

Floyd Mayweather Sr.: "You were undefeated when you started with your daddy."

Floyd Mayweather: "Don't no fighter want to be with you. Jealousy don't get you nowhere. Jealousy don't get you nowhere.

"Roger's the one. Roger's my trainer. Roger made me. This is the best trainer right here. Hands down, the best trainer right here."

At this point, Mayweather started to head to his locker room, while asking his father to leave.


Floyd Mayweather: "We don't want nobody in the way while we working. Stop interfering. Get out of our way! You in our way! This is our gym, get out of our way! Why you here? Ain't nobody tell you to come here. Nobody asked you to come here."

The two of them were being separated by Mayweather's security team.

Floyd Mayweather Sr.: "You better not (expletive) with me. Come put me out of here, punk. Come put me out of your (expletive) gym."

Mayweather Sr. even dropped a "41-1" reference, inferring he'd emerge victorious in a father-son fight.

The episode ended with Mayweather still seething over the dispute with his father, yelling expletives and lines into the mirror in his locker room.

"Roger Mayweather made the Mayweather name and I took it to the next level," Floyd said. "Because when it's all said and done, there's only two (expletive) Mayweathers that count: Roger Mayweather and Floyd Mayweather. And (expletive), I'm not no junior."
