Thanks to Jake Bourrohs for hosting this seminar on Tanglang, Qigong, PaiDa, Qinna, Body Awarenesses, Ke Shou Kao Da and other aspects of CMA...

This clip shows some basics to TangLang and some insight into Babu Tanglang and the internal connection. This clip covers simple drills for Gou(hook), Lou(gather), Cia(pluck), Gua(suspend), note; there is more than one action or name along side of these four hands, ie; Gua; hang, suspend, block, shave, ect... I go on to talk about the usage and idea of the four hands and demo some variations, the demo of Gua is based on Babu... Towards the end some Yue Jia Qin-Na to demo the idea to capture is to listen to your opponents energy or line of force, just ask Jake?. We had loads of fun...

The KEY is consistant training and a good teacher!!!
