I thought the portrait of people was about the 56 different ethnicities of China, ie. Uyghurs, Hui Muslim, Russians, kazakhs, Han (majority of chinese), Kaifeng Jews, Miao, Mongolian, Korean, etc. I personally find that more interesting.

Great pics... sorry but may I ask you what kind of body did you use?? It looks like some kind of bridge or compact, maybe a Leica??But most important, about the lens, 50mm maybe less??
