Who: Mr.Getz,owner of Moline Forge,as well as a member of numerous councils,and the Rock Island county Republican Party Committee chaired by,Sue Carpentier,took a committee vote on the support of 1% sales tax increase for Rock Island County. Seven yea including chair woman,in support of tax increase,two no votes against this tax increase.
The Rock Island County Democratic Party,of all Rock Island County adminstrators,support this new sales tax.
I would like to inform you with the facts,and to erase the suggestions,by a few prominent(wealthy to a point) individuals,who have the monopolies of power over you and your families. Remember this,our nation is a Democratic-Republic style government. I quote It is my principle that the will of the majority should always prevvail. Written in 1787.
What: This new tax increase will:
a.Become a burden of a double tax to all consumers in Rock Island County.
b.Become a burden of a triple tax to all property owners in Rock Island County.
Our congress (both Houses of Legislature) drew up, and voted into law (when no t bickering). A new stimulus bill Bill,which included tens of billions of dollars for education to be divided between 50 states and numerous U.S terroitories (Puerto Rico,Guam,Somoa Islands,Washington D.C etc etc)
Illinois will receive 100s of millions of dollars,to support new technologies for educating our children,their children,and their childrens children.

When & Why:

The will of the peopleis the only legitimate foundation of any government written in 1801.

On April 7th 2009,you will be given an oppurtinity again to practice your privilage to vote,which is and was defended by the many,who have sacrificed blood,sweat,and tears for this privilage that we have been lead to believe by a few,that our vote does not count.How wrong are they?! By our will on November 4th 2008 the majority by a landslide voted for change and hope.Now in turn on April 7th 2009,we once again with greater confidence in the spirit of the people,to a rational extent.Whatever they can,they will. Written in 1814. We must vote no for proposed county wide 1% sales tax.

Fact: The will of the county citizens enmasse can go to the capitol of the Land of Lincoln




When & How:

Fact: There is 19.6 million Federal Tax dollars available for Rock Island County citizens,that can be used for the 21st century education and careers.
There are seven school districts in Rock Island County.That would be $2,800,000 per school district in Rock Island County.
To replace the burden of this double and triple tax,we need State Rep. Mike Boland to lead a majority with the will of the people ,from RI county,to our state capitol. There we shall practice Amendment #1 of the Bill of Rights adopted the year of 1791,that allows us peaceable assembly,and to petition the government for a redress of grieveness.By peacefully enforcing 1st amendment right,we weill bring back the $19,600,000,an equal share of $ 2 billion dollar education monies.

By following our hard-working,fair minded,and wise Presidents orders,to work hard for our nation,we shall cut through the bull,adapt to the situation,overcome,and drive on to prosperity as one,united again. We must remember we share the earth,as all red blooded human beings. Let no man or woman or child be left behind!
