I don't just climb rope and do pullups all day, I love to play around in the gym. I've been doing more parkour because of its similarities and differences to gymnastics. I'm trying to get to a point where I'll actually do some of this stuff outside but not having a spring floor is pretty daunting for at least this gymnast.

hey man i didnt know you did all the street stunts kinda stuff as well as conditioning and gymnastics.
i do parkour but im trying to learn all the crazy gymnastics strength moves. what was your method for training one arm chinups? also does rope climbing ever hurt your fingers ?

There is no reason to be intimidated by parkour its far less dangerous then gymnastics in my experience the key is simple starting small and using good progressions of course outdoor acro is more dangerous and doing it on concrete is definately risky but those elements are not of particular importance to the main goals of parkour.
