This video is just to show A) The video function on the new 3Gs and B) The ease and speed at which you can upload a video to YouTube.

The iPhone's video function will never be a replacement for your video camera and won't be as good a quality as some other cameraphone's on the market, but for recording and then uploading a video in the moment couldn't be much simpler or faster.

With in less than a minute of recording the video, you have got it uploading to YouTube with title, description, tags and category, and depending on how long the clip is, there is a good chance the video will be uploaded in that minute also.

  • @ infernood. Log into youtube then Try going into accounts, then email options,re type in your mail address and then fill in the security box on the page with what they ask. click on send confirmation. Once you receive Email back from them, click on the link they provide and you should be all ok.

  • for me when youtube comes up after pressing "send to youtube" it gets me to log i, i log in with exactly my correct username and password press sign in and then it just gets me to do it again and aagain and again etc, so anyways i put the vid from my phone onto my pc and try to upload and it just says "The upload failed due to an unknown error."

  • @brian310770 i dont see the "send email" button

  • @33river.

You need to acknowledge the original email YouTube sent you when you subscribed. If you do not have this email, sign in to YouTube with your username and password, go to settings tab and click on the send email button. Receive your email and click on the link. Once this is done you should be able to upload.

  • On my phone I've put two videos on YouTube and now it just says "cannot upload video to YouTube" EVERY TIME
