Don't miss my other anthems! So far, the parodies for the UK (twice), Canada, Germany, Norway, France, the US, Russia, Italy, Sweden, China, Japan, Israel, North Korea, Australia, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Denmark, Mexico, Turkey, CSA, Cuba, Spain, the Netherlands, India and more have been released.

The Brazilian national anthem (Portuguese: Hino Nacional Brasileiro) was composed by Francisco Manuel da Silva in 1831 and had been given at least two sets of unofficial lyrics before a 1922 decree by President Epitácio Pessoa gave the anthem its definitive, official lyrics, by Osório Duque-Estrada, after several changes were made to his proposal, written in 1909. The National Anthem is considered by the current Constitution of Brazil, adopted in 1988, one of the four national symbols of the country, along with the Flag, the Coat of Arms and the National Seal.

I mean no offence to the countries parodied. In fact, most of these countries are my favorites, and I wish them all my best. Brazil is an aspiring economical and political power that I hope will contribute positively on the international arena in the years to come.

Congratulations to schafferkyle94 for identifying the four non-human mammals in the video: Jaguar, Margay, Maned Wolf and Bush Dog. If you like anthem parodies, which I assume you do, check out his cool "buffalaxed" versions at http://www.youtube.com/user/schafferkyle94 immideately!
