That was indeed this brand of soap, but I don't have that one (Merton was interviewing two children who push his microphone into the bath, and he pulls a toy diver out of the bath and tries speaking into it!).
There's a third one where he interviews an angry man in the shower, and ends up in a fight with him ("I can take him!")... also don't have it :-(

Well, I was going through an old video of The Big Breakfast looking for bits I could put on YouTube, and I saw this funny old advert and thought, "why not"!
