Yeah, pretty much the Destiny is a fusion of all three packs used on the Impulse. There's even a prototype in Destiny Mobile Suit Variations for it on mahq.net

with the destiny gundam did they put the strikes three weapon packs together... the sword from the close range pack, the giant gun from the heavy weapons, and at least part of the agility back pack
