This is a video of a Bialetti Brikka creating great frothed coffee

- Never fill too much water so that the valve is never in touch with the water. (You can though fill a tad more water than the index mark indicates
- Use as much coffee powder as the container holds (or only a little less)
- For perfect results leave your stove on a medium temperature

Results in:
Brikka coffee similar to espresso, created with 9 bars, gives a nice froth, richer texture than mocha and no burned taste if removed from the heat not too late.

Maybe in this video the Brikka was removed a bit to early for the froth to be even richer. As well as it is better not to pour in until the last drop, one can stop earlier.
