Phil Kessel RIDICULOUS Embellishment

It is disgusting how the NHL allows dives like this to be made and calls like this to be made, the only penalty here is 2 minutes for unsportsmanlike conduct. This is a big problem in the NHL. Game is too fast. I'd say his instinct from "his sholder pad" getting him in the face he thought was a stick and yes a little embellishment was drawn. But Ehrhoffs jumping in the air, knees to his chest crying for help is any better?

lol, go back and watch the 4 embellishments van did. You have to keep in mind 1 thing. When you are playing a team that keeps getting bs penalties called because they keep faking a hit, slash, highstick than yeah the leafs (kessle) and probably more are sick of it. So you fight fire with fire.

Cankucks really embellished that game and had a lot of calls made based on dives mainly. Even the announcers are laughing how weird canucks are acting. A point where enough is enough

I think darcy tucker has to be tie for some of the worst diving. that guy was a tool. This is just embarrassing though coming from a "superstar" heh. NHL is encouraging this behavior. They need to start tracking diving which should be considered before making calls. Also calling penalties for it w/o it being a coincidental minor call. They did this in the early 21 centry i belive and i think it helped. then they just stopped. now players are using the new rules to make it worse.
