So here it is, how you can beat the game. Or at least what I've been able to reproduce in my simulation. You line up the blocks so that you are building a tower on the second from the left column. You want to be able to easily figure out how to tap a beat in your head to the back and forth.
On the slower rows, line up like usual. But when you feel the rows are getting too fast do this technique. Count the beat out for the block ahead of where you want to land it. So if you are building the tower on the column second from the left then look at the block in the left column. When the block lights up from one direction count that beat. 1, 2, and then press for that block on the 3rd beat. If you focus too long then you're likely to either be late - which isn't bad if you managed to build the tower in the second from left column - or you'll be on time. But statistically you have a better chance of being early than of being on time.
Now when you try it out successfully you'll notice it doesn't feel right to focus on the third beat and then press on the beat while you are still not sure. This is how your brain is built and how the game gets money. The neurotransmitter dopamine is responsible for signalling those split second feel good decisions that allow you to throw a great football pass or swing the bat at the right time. However like I showed earlier, it doesn't pay to try and swing the bat late in life. So if you always go with the feel good feeling, you're more likely to end up losing. When I count to the beat, I'm almost always early even though it feels like I'm on the beat. You have to take advantage of this in order to win the game.
This is the reaction time website I used. http://www.humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime/index.php
It's my theory that if you have a reaction time of slower than 280ms- or for some of the 50 cent machines 315ms - then you will not be able to win the game no matter what. You've got to be able to keep the beat. Tomorrow I plan on trying out my hack for real and seeing if I can come home with a PSP or iPod, or both!

shut the hell up fucking douche bags!!! he obviously dedicated some his life to understanding things like action reaction/ cause and effect, and hes trying to help you people. i would know since i love computers and i can program C+, but he is very good with math, and he obviously won a hell of a lot more than you fucking assholes commenting!!! he is a lil obese, but that can be genetic. and as for the white part...are you all fucking imigrengts? STUFU and GTF out of america bitches!!!

I honestly couldn't play stacker on the computer for more than a minute without throwing my laptop at a wall, but I can in person without picking up the machine and throwing it at a wall. I'm not sure, but I think it has to do with the weight difference between a laptop and a stacker machine...
