Amen! Informative and entertaining vid. I just hooked by SENSA. It's my fault because I didn't understand. I do now! SENSa will send you a trial offer BUT YOU HAVE TO SEND IT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OR THEY WILL BILL YOU THE FULL PRICE. Funny thing is, according to THEIR paperwork, you need to use the product 60 to 90 days to see any results. This is the LAST time I will ever order any trial offers. Yanno the old sayings....IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY ISN'T....AND.....BUYER BEWARE.

Actually, they are probably just doing their job. These call centers (I worked in one for 7 years) have rules called "no guidelines" and they have usually either a "2 no" or a "3 no" guideline. That is, they HAVE to hear the customer SAY "no" at least that many times, before they stop their upselling. This is all scripted, they are listened to and can get marked down and corrected and yes, even lose their job if they refuse to comply, so... don't take it personal. They're just doing their job.
