Hello :

I Also Have DX58SO And HAF932 But there are a few connectors on the motherboard that are left out which i did not find a supplied cable for them from both the case or the power supply , so i wanted to check with ya before i switch ON the system so here are the connectors based on the numbers of the supplied manual :

15 - front panel CIR receiver(input)

16 - back panel CIR emitter(output)

17 - HD Audio Link

18 - S/PDIF

so is it normal to just leave them be ?

None of those need to be plugged in. I take it your using the AC97 connector instead of the HD Audio? You should instead use the HD audio, since it will net you better sound quality.
