Where in the world are you? The finish date for the House is 2012 - so there is an extensive set of plans in place !!!!

Yes - manned by residents! On the night of the fire, the Lifeboat from Portree (Skye) was used to ferry over refief fire crews from Inverness - 100 miles away !!!!!!
