It all starts with the children. Educate and challenge them to think for themselves. Make sure that they get the proper nutrition early in life, so their brains are ready to absorb knowledge. When you see hungry children in Africa, it's easy to see why their IQ is the lowest in the world. Peace won't come until world hunger is solved.
Anyway, Obama wasn't raised like a regular black or white person. Everything had to fall in the right place for him to be as educated as he was.
