Gotta love the T-Rex drawings. The song is awesome too!

I love this video

@MisterDataJack The point.
.
.
Your head. Oh look, it went right over. You're actually the one with the straw man fallacy, "Dorothy, why do these libertarians/anarco-capitalist
s/objectivists hate roads and other services?" Try again with a little less fallacy. -
@MisterDataJack Yes because these things can only be funded by the state, right?
-
@DoctorCapitalist Logical fallacy. Shoes do not equal armies, roads, or foreign policy. Do you people read anything but "Atlas Shrugged"?
-
@MisterDataJack This mindset it similiar to that of the religious.
While scientists will look into all the possibilities, come up with hypothesises, run tests, and try again if their hypothesis is false, the religious answer is simply: goddidit
Although in this case it's GOVDOIT
-
@MisterDataJack Your lack of ideas or imagination is very silly.
Libertarians try to come up with solutions, going into details of how many government services could be provided, how they would be produced, how they could be funded etc.
The statist solution is: Give some people a bunch of guns and make everyone pay for it. If they resist, put them in a rape cage. That'll teach em.
-
@MisterDataJack Yes because if the state doesn't provide shoes, then shoes will not exist!
-
@DoctorCapitalist No matter how fervently you wish this to be an actual possibility, it simply isn't. If you must waste time worrying, you should instead worry about things that can happen, rather than things that can only happen in your bizarre fantasies.
Taxing citizens in order to provide services is the right of a state.
Denying that right exists, and still believing those services would be provided (or are not needed) is petulant and childish.
-
@MisterDataJack So throwing people in a cage where they'll be raped for not paying for something they don't want is civilized?
Question: How do we get societies, the world even, back on track of human progress? Back on tract with Natural Law? How do we abolish modern slavery?
Answer: Stop paying taxes. We stop being slaves by stop allowing ourselves to be enslaved. Stop paying taxes.

it is not my place to teach you anything. What would you be if everything was handed to you? And you proved my point by assuming once again the worst of someone or their perspective. This is a short song trying to simplify self ownership. Thats it! It is not a all consuming data base of info on this subject... I still think you missed the point!
