@Will224000 As to your second query, simply take a look at Social Security. Perhaps they are hedging against the theft fund. Or.... perhaps they're collecting funds for Obama's run for re-election! "Can't happen," you say? You're talking federal government/employees/union. The best sleight-of-hand wizards on the planet.
I would digress, but there are no longer enough characters on these sites to make a cogent and complete explanation.

Basically, the public employees know what they're getting into before taking the job. AKA, free will, choice, self-responsibility, and you sign a pledge and agreement. Do a good job and get a raise. Who represents me when they unionize? My congressman/woman? I think not. I have no children in school, ship nothing by rail, and on and on. What do they do with the money? Fund candidates I do not agree with? I have no say in the public union.

Who speaks for the Public Employees ?
Why is the USPS forced to fund pensions 75 years in advance ?
The left hates it when the truth comes out in places like Wisconssin where those anti-union boss laws are working.

John Kasich fumbled the ball with the vote on issue 2 by letting it happen in an off year election when the special interest groups show up in force and the masses stay home.
Kasich should have put it on the 2012 election ballot when the masses would have shown up.
