New York Corrections Officer Gets 203 Years

January 13, 2009: Former New York City corrections officer Ricardo Walters is sentenced to 203 years in jail for raping women. The 43 year old Walters kidnapped, robbed, and sexually assaulted women on Long Island beginning in 2005. Walters was a prison guard at Rikers Island.

i was there and the shit i seen in there is wrong. correctional officers there and upstate are evil and they do shit to inmates that they get away with it. i know i seen some shit with my own eyes. they are no good from the top to the bottom.

@k5lta the purpose of the judge giving such long sentences is to show or stress the seriousness of the crime & to stress how long the more severe the crime the longer the sentence like when serial killers r arrested they get sentenced 200 to 400 years life sentence I understand no one lives to be older than 100 years I know
