  • What a wonderful and informative communicator you are. Thank you for sharing your time and insight to help so many like myself seeking inner peace.

  • Thank you!

  • it sad to see so many egos argueing about this beautiful intro to meditation, people trying to show that they know better, that this or that is wrong, etc. why can't we simply appreciate the fact that this is one of many ways of explaning what meditation is about. why can't we just appreciate the fact that different approaches will suit different people, as we are all unique. why can't we allow others to SIMPLY BE. more love and less ego people! Namaste

  • When she said "Within You and Without You", I instantly thought of the Beatles song and finally understood what it means. It blew my mind.

  • you be bliss countless time for sharing such wonderful knowledge.

  • @MellyJuffin yea, im more than happy to use my common sense. it helps me se through bullshit like this right away. and it helps me see u as a superficial hippie too. which means i dont need to waste time being uncertain.

i know full well that u dont walk like u talk. its all rosy words cause thats what excits u.

and there is no calling... believe me. u are not special, u just like to think so of yourself.

in reality u are an arrogant little shit who wants to be more than others.

  • @CT2507 If you are happy being ruled by 'common' sense, then everything is as it should be. Some people are 'called' to look beyond what is common, its a calling which refuses to be ignored. If and when your calling arises, you will look and then you will begin to see. The world of spirit is no stranger than 'ordinary' reality, its the same thing looked at from the other side.

  • @MellyJuffin i fail to see how doing pointless action can lead to anything meaningful. even within the strange world of the spirit and the classical spiritual systems, common sense rules supreme.

  • @MellyJuffin im not against meditation in general. im against this modern approach which i like to call pop culture spiritualism.

it is presented in an attractive maner, with a smile. much like a comercial.

it becomes superficial and has very little to do with the actual idea of meditation, which is suppose to take your mind off the superficial world.
