UFO over Tallahassee, Florida

This is an enhancement of parts of the video http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=-FeAK-q5Cok by aceBryan7ox (Update: this account is currently suspended, but the original can be found by searching Google videos for UFO Tallahassee). The object
filmed has been enlarged a little and stabilized, and each frame is a time-average over one second (25 of the original frames). These are not still images, nor is there any video looping.

When I first saw the original video, I thought the object was a reflection in a window of a red bulb with a lampshade - however, it passes behind trees, ruling this out. The 'lampshade' could be solid or a shell of vapour/plasma. Is the object a device or some unknown natural phenomenon?

It may be such a plasmoid (possibly naturally occuring not well understood plasma formation), UK. MOD chased these objects for many, many years. Google for +MOD +UAP. There is a very interesting scientific paper about

the topic.
