the thing with speedballs is that the coke counteracts the heroin. therefore u can use a larger dose of heroin, BUT the coke wears off a lot quicker than the H and when it does u simply OD. that's what happened to river and also john belushi amongst others.

@sylicone221 It'll be pretty hard for him to rot in Hell when he's already in HEAVEN. There is no one responsible for your actions but yourself so don't say you got into drugs because of him.
