@abksharma I have the same symptoms as you it seems. I have lost 30 percent of my voice. I do feel some pressure in my chest lately. Omeprazol works a little but I don't want to take anything. What's going on with you? anything working?

@j45007 Hi, I started acv today. How long will it take before i see great improvement with my acid reflux? I am currently taking 2 tablespoons 8 oz glass of water 2 x daily..How long did it take for you to notice any change?

@brawyn777 Go to the health food store and buy a bottle of Hydrocloric Acid Betaine this works for many people for $7. This does not work with Acid Blocker Perscriptions. You need acid to digest food and Nexium, prevacid, zantac, and others block the acid. If you can go to a homeopatic dr. and you will find ways to take care of the problem. Good luck; I wish I had before I got complications from prescription drugs.

does the cayenne pepper work?the apple cider vinegar does not work for my husband he is on meds and they are not working either,please help

I think the reason it may work so well is because so many people are misdiagnosed with over acidic stomachs, and what they may be suffering from is H. Pylori which is a lowered acidity in the stomach due to a spiral shaped bacteria that lodges itself in the membrane that produces your stomach acid. This is only a guess though so perhaps a Doctor may be able to say why this seems to help. I take it daily to prevent post nasal drip due to chronic sinusitis. Since taking it no more sinus infections
