Casey Calvert Guitarist and screamer of hawthorne heights passed away on saturday night. Is thought to be from acute asthma or the sleeping pills his doctor recently changed. And can comfirm it was nothing illegal. Hawthorne heights described him as quirky and an awesome friend. R.I.P

Inspiration indeed, Casey was the man who made me start singing, start my own band, and eventually have the time of my life when on stage for the first time. Even though I wasn't listening to the band when he was alive, I'm still going to miss him, I have all the albums, listened to all the songs every day and never get tired. All because of him.

Humanity has something to thank a man for, the man is Casey, and we should thank him for sticking around as long as he did.

Rest in Peace Casey.
