@shanti1001 She should feel guilty. I'm not saying that to torment her. But if anyone did that, they would have to be a psychopath, someone unable to feel empathy or remorse, to be able to live with that guilt. Notadoctor Phil is saying that although this woman should feel guilty about driving drunk and killing that girl, she's wasting her life by drowning in her grief and guilt instead of doing something with this experience and preventing it from reoccurring. He managed to be helpful for once.
