The icons are smaller because the screen is smaller, not because the resolution is lower.

Why is everyone so down on the screen? First, it's a business phone, it's not designed for super awesome media stuff. Second, the screen dimensions are actually the same size as the HTC Droid Eris. I love my Eris, I love keyboards, so personally, I want this phone. A bigger screen means a bigger, more awkward phone. I'd like to keep it portable enough to fit in my small, girly pockets.

I 've had mine since March and I absolutely love it! I ended up cracking my screen which sux, but I am still using it even right now! Lol
