Project Kindle thanks NUDM (Northwestern University Dance Marathon) 2009

Project Kindle would like to send a big thank you out to NUDM for all their hard work this year, raising over $900,000 through countless hours of organizing and dancing. You are changing our world! Your efforts are helping to eradicate stigma and prejudice against people infected with HIV, particularly children who have to deal with the pressures of adolescence and growing up, all the while often living a secret double life--hiding their illness from everyone they know. It's about so much more than the money--though we will definitely put that to good use and are so very thankful to have it--it's about all you are doing to raise awareness and educate people on this issue.
