Venus Flytraps Eating

A few quick videos showing Dionaea muscipula the Venus Flytrap in action.
I was going to remove the sound and add music but I noticed on VFT#3 & #5 makes a sound when the trap closed. I thought it was interesting to hear.
The last VFT#5 is a 5 minute sequence cut down to 2 second clips every 20 seconds showing the trap sealing itself for digestion of the insect.

@MrFreshFob It makes a kind of acid inside of it that will make the insect die and dissolve,then it eats it!

Does? like...... does it like squash it or something?? or keep it prisoner till it dies??

@dinosaurman1000 the plant dose but the trap dies and a copple more grow from that cach
