Try to keep your right elbow closer to your body on your follow through. Your feet could be a little close together. Maybe open your face a little bit before your take away when grounded.

your feet look very far apart, it looks like its stopping you from turning smoothly and i think id agree with EasyBirdies on the weight transfer, more than likely because your feet are so far apart you cant transfer weight effectively, try puttting your hands together flat on the ground fingertip to fingertip, then put your feet directly outside them and that should be about the width of your stance for your irons.

Fix your stance, try to get it more square to the target line. You also look like you are coming over the top on the downswing, try to keep the club more on the inside line and start the downswing with your hips only dont have the urge to hit with your arms until your near impact. Also you look like your weight is not transfering fully on to your left side on the downswing, this will cause alot of high shots and pull hooks and even slices

I LOOK AT YOUR VIDEO AGAIN YOU NEED PUT YOUR FEET CLOSING TOGETHER AND NEED TO BENCH YOUR LEFT KNEE SO YOU CAN GET THE CLUB OVER YOUR RIGTHT SHOULDER AND DO SAME GOING BACK IN SWING BENCH RIGHT KNEE GOING OVER LEFT SHOULDER AND TURN YOUR BODY ALWAYS AROUND SO YOUR TOE IN THE GRASS DOWN AND HILL IS UP AND SLOW DOWN ALOT
