To Bill O'Reilly: Homeless veterans exist. I met some.
BOR was either ignorant to or consciously ignoring a recent study from the National Alliance to End Homelessness (using data from the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Census Bureau) that found "In 2006, approximately 195,827 veterans were homeless on a given night — an increase of 0.8 percent from 194,254 in 2005. More veterans experience homelessness over the course of the year. We estimate that 336,627 were homeless in 2006."

America did a terrible job of covering its vets. They went overseas for us, and how do we repay them?
And really? You think that because O'Reilly is being called out that it's an attack on FOX? No, O'Reilly was just being a moron and narrowminded, which prompted this.
So let me get this right. I think I counted a total of 9 men representing themselves as homeless veterans. Three or four of which dressed very nicely in shirt and tie, and I believe even on toting a blue tooth device for a cell phone. To the guy who made this video, if you really do have a legitimate point you sure as hell screwed it up with these interviews. Lets face it. What this really is about is another whining liberal attacking the top rated cable news / talk network out there.
ok they maybe a few homeless vets but alot of these vets are phonies believe me you need to spot them fast and not get cuaght up in there magik talking Know your right and Know your benefits
Actually, there are plenty of programs to help homeless vets, and any vet for that matter. There's vocational rehab, compensated work therapy, vouchers to help pay for places to stay, the list goes on. I know this 1)because I'm a vet that researches my benefits, and 2) I work at the VA.
The U.S is in a lot of trouble. It continues to dumb down the youths in this country. If this youth continues to be dumbed down with propoganda, authority and credit cards, than the U.S has been obliterated from within by anti-american conspirators. The youths are now being used in this racketerring scheme in the war in Iraq where countless women, children and men have been murdered for being indigenous to their own country. I pray and support our youths in most all that they say and do.
I know some of your O'reilly fans might be like "if they're homeless why don't they look it and how come that one guy has a bluetooth"
first off just because they're homeless dosen't mean they don't have money to take care of themselves. HOWEVER they don't have enough to rent and or buy a home, apartment, flat or anything. Think about the cost of living seriously my best friend just came back from Iraq with 6k to his name it's not enough to live on for long
Bill O'Reilly knows there are many homeless veterans out there, he just doesn't want us to know about them so acts as if they don't exist so more people will sign up. That scumbag can suck the shit out of my ass cos he definitely is a shit talker.
