I was very disappointed to see the racism conference hijacked again by the Palastinian issue.
Racism is not a trivial issue and besides I've been to east and west Africa and Arabs live very well there. Some as racist as they come, they in some cases run every business and make it near.
Impossible for anyone else to enter the market some Arabs are so racist I'm surprised they don't form their own Akk.
To me its a case of what goes around comes around!

even the racial minority suspect never made any public threat, even she was guaranteed by constitution that her testimony at human rights tribunal would not be used against her as evidence in anyway, she would still be made a criminal for uttering death threats and persecuted by Fascist means.

But first, free speech does not make crime unaccountable, second, compared to that of my case, it is so clear that, in the same university academic settings, and also involving free speech, when a victim of death threat is a racial minority, even if he is President of US, the White suspects would get Scott free, yet if its the other way around...like in my case

In November of 2008 when President Obama was elected, at a tunnel of North Carolina State University, 4 White students painted Graffiti that said "Shoot Obama" and "Kill that n--." The feds and local police investigated but found no reason to charge the students with a crime. The explanation was: while offensive, it was a free speech issue, because in the free speech tunnel, graffiti is encouraged.

Racism in US and Canada is systemic, a Black President can hardly change anything (as evidenced by the Obama administrations boycott of this UNs Anti-racism Conference). In fact, even US President Obama himself would fall victim of racism from the justice system, too. I particularly noticed one case.

President Ahmadinejad, you are my hero!
Im a Chinese immigrant in Canada, I am suffering brutal racial persecution here from both Canadian and US governments. Even though so far they have successfully covered up their racism through Fascist means and through their super powers in this world, they fear one day they would be exposed and scrutinized for racism at UNs stage, so they would boycott the Conference and attempt to jeopardize it.

excellent points afshin!
obama didnt attend the conference because he did not want to debate Isreal's aggression. Ahmadinejad simply spoke of the 'elephant in the room', and imo, in a appropriate forum. Bravo Pat Lancaster!
re racism, to oppose obama gets one the accusation of being racist.
