I REALLY DON'T THINK ANIMAL LOVERS LIKE MYSELF SHOULD HAVE TO CLEAN UP IGNORANT, IDIOT PET OWNER MISTAKES LIKE THIS. IT SICKENS ME, EVERY DOG SHOULD BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED UNLESS YOU ARE A "REGISTERED" ANIMAL BREEDER WHO IS CONSTANTLY CHECKED BY LOCAL ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS AND HUMANE SOCIETIES AND ALL PUPS LEAVING BREEDERS FACILITIES SHOULD HAVE A SIGNED PAPER STATING THE PUPS TO BE FIXED WHEN THEY ARE OF AGE OR ELSE CRIMINAL CHARGES WILL BE LAID AND THE ANIMAL(s) WILL BE SEIZED!!!!

Heyyy :D I Volunteer at the Animal Shelter! && That lady needs to freaking get a chain around her neck and see how she likes it!!! This is my future job, I will protect the poor animals for stuip assholes like the one here -___-

"She didn't know there was anything wrong" How can you NOT SEE that huge gaping wound on that poor dog's neck?! I wonder how the owner would like having a chain embedded around your neck for weeks and weeks on a hot summer day
