Do less with your torso, you can accomplish more using your facial expression and contrast...
-Bouncing your body or swaying distracts from the ictus (which is kinda hard to see, fingers more together?) and can confuse the band.
-Mirror less with your left hand, it will make the cues stand out more.
-get hair out of the face and use more facial expression to make the cues and mood of the music more clear
-LESS SHOULDER
-Start the pattern smaller so you have somewhere to go later on

I really like how you... I guess feel the music in your case. It shows how you know whats going on in the band, good job.Judges will kill you, no offense it usually happens. But unfourtantly you can't come out of the box. The only advice I could recommend by seeing this video is that you need to not come out of the box, a little more definite pattern seize, cues. Try to keep your hands together. Thats all I have to see but great job!

Yeh i understand, i look to be drum major for a corps where your not judge and the fan just feeds off of the energy and the emotion of the conducting.
