Growing up in a Catholic household & going to Catholic school I don't believe that there is a God because my God would not judge people as the Catholic church often does. If you are of the belief that God created all mankind, then why would he discriminate against something he himself made? Doesn't make sense to me. I do consider myself spiritual & do feel like there is someone watching out for me . I also believe in karma & that you get what you put out.

Holy crap, don't say the name of the bar you work at no
matter how many people ask! I'm sure you know that, just
being protecto-girl.

I think that's called highly sensitive people (HSP) Google it, it's really interesting

how to protect myself from other people's energy and all that but I still feel tired and drained.... it's weird hehe....

I don't know if you've ever read Sylvia Browne's books... I think she is a fraud!! hahaha but her "idea/story" whatever you want to call it about how we are the ones that decide our life in earth because we want to grow from our experiences makes a lot of sense to me!!.... and that energy thing happens to me sometimes with some people I feel soo tired after talking to them or just listening to them even if we are having a casual conversation... and my mom practices reiki and told me..

I believe in "God" because I believe there is someone/something watching over us(i think he/she/it loves us unconditionally)... but I just don't believe that God is the way religion portrays it... but I still call it God because I'm just used to the term.... It's interesting because for me is harder to believe in angels that in "God" (although I do believe in angles/spirit guides) because then I would have to think about how angels were created and why and that takes back to "God"...

And, not to sound all Know-it-all and religious, but I am positive that when you were in the hospital, that voice you heard was definately God. I have had a few people tell me about their experiences with hearing his voice and feeling love and comfort all around them, and they were all the same. At that moment, they all just knew that God is real and that God is love.

I find it strange that you can believe in angels and not truly believe in God. Why would angels exist if there was no Heaven? Why would there be a Heaven without God? This also is the same when people believe in Satan and not God. You just can't have one and not the other.

i believe in energy. i believe in the scientific law that energy cannot be created or destroyed, it simply is. when a person died, there energy goes somewhere. it doesn't just die away with them. we are physical manifestations of our own energy, our soul, whatever you want to call it. those are just my beliefs.

When you started talking about your defining moment, i began to cry. The way you described what you felt, the warmth and love and peace along with something that was like a voice in your head, i've felt that before too, throughout my life. I spoke to a very wise and trusted spiritual woman about it and she told me that it was my angels soothing me. When I was younger, my grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer and I had that feeling and told her she would be fine, it's been about seven year
Peyote Buttons are from the cactus, not mushrooms. These are still used in ceremony. I tend to believe that we are highly evolved creatures incapable of comprehending our own intelligence and this... is what "god" is. God is what we create out of the pieces of ourselves we cannot understand.
