PLEASE SUBSCRIBE!!

I brought my computer to the store I mentioned in the video on July 5th and left it there because I was running around for the 777 gathering and I had no free time. i was assured that the problem could be fixed at the store - but they were wrong...

The store was just as at fault as Apple was. The manager lied to me on numerous occasions, for instance he told me he had no way of contacting Apple to find out where my computer is.

The whole Store/Apple customer service operation needs to be changed and made to work properly.

    Jill just a word of WARNING! Watch who you bad mouth on Youtube. Mordeth13, who had one of the highest subscribers rates on here, bad mouthed some jerk about a webcam offer and was terminated by Youtube. He's now on LiveVideo. And he's #1 on there now! Just cool your duels babe...lol

    I like how when Jill was complaining about what it took to get this mess resolved. She called Apple. I've had to use Apple support a couple of times myself in the past few years, I won't deal with any middlemen like Micro Center. My ibook repair... mailed out, repaired, returned... 6 days. Call Apple first next time.
