Jett Rocket Walkthrough, Part 1: The Beginnings

Hello everyone and welcome to my Jett Rocket walkthrough. Jett Rocket was released a few weeks ago on the Wiiware Service and can be downloaded for 1000 Nintendo Points. It was developed by what is quickly becoming one of my favourite video game developers of today: Shin'en. They have created other awesome titles such as Art of Balance and Fun! Fun! MiniGolf.

Jett Rocket is an adventure-style game that seems to have roots from Rare's classic platformers (BK, Jet Force Gemini) with a touch of Spyro the Dragon and Super Mario 64. It's a short game, but given its a download title, and given the absolutely stunning visuals and overall quality, it doesn't matter one bit that it's short. An absolute must download for Wii owners and fans of good ol' platform adventures.

This will be a 100% walkthrough which includes the completion of all levels, revealing the locations of all the solar cells, and getting all of the in game achievements (known as "Awards"). I should note that the awards DO COUNT towards 100%, so you must get them if you want a 100% file.

In this video we simply get through the intro cinema and go through a small tutorial level. I hope you guys enjoy this walkthrough!

why do i have gut feeling it's a cross between Super Mario Galaxy and Sonic Colors in gameplay

@ThePML I personally felt a mix of Mario 64, Jet Force Gemini, and Spyro.

@ajx277 *Continued* but believe Me I tried to play some PS1 games in fact Spyro was the exact game I was going to play on said emulator until I found the thing too hard to understand to set up. I just don't have the money for an actual PS1 console I doubt it works with a PS2 and as for PS3 I don't know how much it's dropped in price but to this day the only modern consoles we have are the Wii and 360 but no PS3 so I have no clue if Spyro is even on the PS3's version of a download service.

@ajx277 *continued* I tried to figure out how to get a PS1 emulator to work in order to play games like Spyro but it's instructions for how to get the emulator to work were too complicated for Me. I kept trying but to no avail and I don't know if PS1 games can be played on a PS2 which is the only Sony home console we have (though both that and the PSP belong to My sisters and are in their rooms) and I wanted to play My friend's PS1 but spent more time playing the SNES Yoshi's Island *2bcont.*

@ajx277 Yeah I tried to download an emulator in order to play PS1 games but so far the only emulator I could get to work that were not ROM ones is just the Sega CD/Mega CD and that was just to play Sonic CD and Mickey Mania, I couldn't even get a Sega Saturn Emulator to work so I could play NiGHTS Into Dreams without getting a Blue screen of Death on the computer, I tried to figure out how to get a PS1 emulator to work in order to play games like Spyro but it's instructions were *2ncont.*

All I can say is. If activision and toys for bob took this game, replace the main character with Spyro and sparx, enemies with gnorcs and put gems and portals. We would have a classic Spyro game! too bad activision is greedy and wants to milk craplanders for the next decade :(
