  • @alpinestar1114 please reply to this: protein=amino acids yes? sport scientists around the world recommend 10% of calories coming from amino acids (protein) ya? ALL fruits and ALL vegetables have ALL essential amino acids ya (google it) ? a diet like mine is composed of just fruit and veg. i've done IM and several half IM's on JUST FRUIT!
