How it works: Random luck. You just have to stand around in the A.I core (or anywhere else out of combat with Legion in your party.) This was recorded after I had finished the game put I did see him dance before the suicide misson (even before his loyalty mission) So if you're not getting it in the A.I core try taking a trip to the citadel and stand idle for a minute or 2 (Most characters have unique idle animations) Good luck
