    This is simply not true.

Technology for alignments is much the same. Garbage in garbage out. Most alignment places just greenscreen it, making the accuracy of a hunter machine largely moot.

Most standard digital levels can now measure to .1 degrees accurately, and can be fabbed together to make a camber gauge largely like this one.

People have tested the accuracy of these fabbed camber gauges with a hunter machines, and they largely reflect the same thing.

  • 16 degrees camber+SLAM= BAM! HellaFlush! LoLz!

  • @cgariel, yes the tool does cost more than an alignment but once you buy the tool and learn to you use it, you can do alignments on your vehicle anytime you want and you can also do alignments on your friends, family, etc... for a pack of beer or a steak dinner.

  • @cgariel screw paying for alighments though... you can do DIY camber and toe adjustments for super cheap... but that thing is handy dandy oh my

  • It costs WAY more than an alignment.

  • looks ok for the home garage, but there is no substitute for the accuracy of a 3d alignment machine.

  • it looks like you need two to do it right for toe, you dont wnt to use the tire, you need rim to rim. not seeing the accuracy but thats just me. looks handy
