The National Theatre brought the War Horse puppet 'Joey' to Sandown Park, August 2010 for Variety Club Day.

i like when they're turning Joey around and the Cpt Nicholls slapped its backside, it actually reacted so well! xD
the only thing they could do to make it better would be to make better whinny sounds... the squealing is a bit foalish ;D

dude, I only realized the horse head was controlled by the guy not IN the horse! The horse head puppeteer was literally invisible to me until the little girl wanted to feed the horse @_@
