Pop the chute up! Dont let the chute lag behind. It can go into lockout and eats up a lot of runway trying to get it into position to fly. This is how its done.
I was taught to lay out the wing upside down and flat with the open edge to the back. The automatic response for the wing is to launch it'self overhead and through the propwash without delay if you give it enough power to pull it though quickly.
