This apparently is the Title Demo for the first Densha De Go (it's on the OST CD, the music track is called "Wind of Blue")

Most of the trains in this intro though aren't really in the actual game though, they appear in later game entries (DDG2, Kisha de Go, DDG Professional)

oh god the memories, i mean i remember that i saw this movie on my playstation game when I was a child and i just had no idea what that was, the only thing i remembered was that train moving through the snow.
