That article was ridiculous, and it is evident he has a strong bias against Microsoft. Those 140 people had a preconceived idea based on what they heard. They had obviously never saw or used Vista before so how could they have been wrong in the first place? It was never about right or wrong and the participants didnt feel stupid. The participants were made up of 84% Windows XP users, and 22% Apple users, etc. They were shown an OS, and it was all about seeing and deciding for themselves.

Thanks for commenting. I couldn't have said it better myself.

Thanks for you comments. My workstation is a HP a1450n AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ / 2.2 GHz 3 Gig RAM NVidia GT7300 Video Running Vista Ultimate, and no porn dialers. I again state the position it is much slower than XP Pro.

Thanks :) If you're referring to the guy in the video.. he did say he's got a modern computer and it still runs slow... frankly I find that hard to believe, since I ran pre-SP1 vista on a computer with lower specs than he has, and desite me running resource-hungry apps, it was never slow. Maybe he's got one too many porn diallers installed ;)

i totally agree with all 5 parts of your argument this guy's stupid to try and put vista on that p.o.s
why should you have upgraded to XP? why should you have upgraded to ME?
why not just keep windows 3.1.?
thats a silly argument.
The Mojave experiment wasn't to tell ppl they are stupid and that there is nothing wrong with vista....it was too show people the FUD spread about vista. Look at the phrase. TRY FOR YOURSELF, DISCOVER FOR YOURSELF.

Thanks for commenting. I tried Vista Business Edition, and Ultimate. In the end I wiped off my system. Vista is glacial dealing with network shares, MOA2007, CRM 3.0. Using Win7 now...much better.
