  • hi,

How can you find exact matches of contents in 2 files and print the matches for you?say i want to find no. of exact matching sequences from human and virus, how can i get the no of matches when i do not know what to match?U wrote the word 'prematch' because u know u want to match the word 'prematch' but how would you do it if you simply want to see any exact matches between 2 files?
